We are excited to announce a new carnival project 'Orchestra Bombo' led by JP Courtney, Ravin Jayasuria, David Pattman & Vicky Jassey. This project celebrates the energy and vibrancy of Cuban carnival with horns, vocals, dancing and lots of drums. This project draws on some of the U.K's finest artists. On your street from early spring.

ACCESS: Getting into this building is like entering Holloway prison....you will need to go to the gate and press the buzzer, then go to reception and you will be told where to go. Important ! THEIR IS NO ONE AT RECEPTION AFTER 1.15 the only way to access after this time is by prior arrangement or by ringing me bearing in mind I might not hear the phone if we are in full swing. PARKING: Their is parking up to 1.15. You will need to press the buzzer at the gates and wait fro the receptionist to let you in. You then need to be buzzed through another gate to get to the reception. Good Luck!

These workshops can be treated as stand alone or part of a series. Participants will learn songs and rhythms played in the Oru Cantado. The next workshop will look at Ibeyi, Agayu and possibly Chango. The course will take place in Stoke Newington, Hackney and be led by David Pattman. Previous drumming experience essential.
