“As a lover of this music they are hugely enjoyable and as a professional percussionist, they can have a direct influence in your playing and approach to many other styles of music. I cannot recommend these courses highly enough.” Matthew West, London.

  1. I’ve been attending the Batá Intensive days for just over a year and they are a great way to explore different areas of this world. It is hard work but the atmosphere is kept informal, friendly and encouraging by the expert tuition of Dave and Vicky. As a lover of this music they are hugely enjoyable and as a professional percussionist they can have a direct influence in your playing and approach to many other styles of music. I cannot recommend these courses highly enough.
